Professor Andrew Lotery has been invited to give the Paul Henkind Memorial Lecture at the February 2024 Macula Society meeting, held in Palm Springs, California. This lecture is awarded for outstanding retinal research. His talk called ‘Deciphering AMD’ will cover many projects over the last 20 years on AMD. Prof Lotery is delighted that his team’s long term research on the subject has received this prestigious international recognition.
